RETURN CONDITIONS
Items delivered by us can be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original, unopened packaging and in unused condition, with a copy of the relevant invoice and without giving any reason.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Is your product specially made to measure? These products are produced especially for you and therefore cannot be returned. Please keep this in mind when requesting a return.
REFUND PUCHASE AMOUNT
When you return the shipment yourself, you are responsible for sufficient postage for postal shipment. When we return your shipment (you can as kus to do that), the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the credit note.

If the wrong items have been delivered or if the delivery is damaged, please contact us for a correct handling. After assessment, the return costs and any repair deliveries will be for our account.
